Diane (Kor. 다이앤) was Rano's identity in a previous life, and it is this identity that was responsible for Lessa going to sleep for over 1,000 years.

Diane is a fairly attractive young woman with turquoise green eyes and light brown hair tied back into a ponytail. She sports a white, long sleeved dress with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows. The collar on her dress is a teal blue, which matches her hair tie. Tied around her waist is an apron. Her outfit is supplemented with brown shoes that reach up to her ankles. She is often shown with scratches on her hands and has a cross shaped scar on her right cheek, a feature she has in common with Rano.
